This policy explains how NGUYEN ANH TUNG ACADEMY LLC collects, uses and protects your information when you use hoc.nguyenanhtung.vn.
1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
You provide directly: name, email address, phone number and social media handle when you create an account, register for a Zoom session, or purchase a program.
Collected automatically: course progress, lessons viewed, quiz results, access times, device and browser type, IP address.
We do NOT collect or store your payment card details. All card data is entered into and processed by Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified provider. From Stripe we receive only the transaction result, the last 4 digits of the card and the card brand.
2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
- To grant access to and operate the program you enrolled in
- To send you schedules, materials and program-related updates
- To process payments, renewals and refunds
- To support you with technical issues or content questions
- To improve our programs using aggregated learning data
- To send you information about new programs — you can opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link in every email
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data to third parties for commercial purposes.
3. WHO WE SHARE DATA WITH
Only with the service providers required to run our business, and only to the minimum extent necessary:
- Stripe — payment and refund processing
- Zoom — hosting live training sessions
- Edubit — website and learning platform infrastructure
- Our email service provider — delivering notifications and materials
We may also disclose information where required by law.
4. COOKIES
We use cookies to maintain your login session, remember your course progress and measure site traffic. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but login and progress tracking will not work if you do.
5. DATA RETENTION AND SECURITY
Data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections. We retain account data for as long as you use the service and for up to 5 years after your last login, to meet accounting and tax obligations. Transaction records are retained for the period required by U.S. law.
6. YOUR RIGHTS
You may ask us to:
- Tell you what information we hold about you
- Correct information that is inaccurate or out of date
- Delete your account and personal data
- Stop sending you marketing email
- Provide you with a copy of your data
Send requests to nguyenanhtung@mcnvietnam.com. We respond within 30 days. Please note: if you request deletion, access to any courses you purchased also ends, with no refund.
If you are a Colorado resident, you also hold the rights granted under the Colorado Privacy Act, including the right to appeal a decision we make on your request.
7. CHILDREN
Our service is intended for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If we discover such data, we delete it immediately.
8. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS
We operate in the United States and serve students in several countries. Your data may be stored and processed in the United States. By using the service, you consent to this.
9. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
When we make changes, the new version will be posted on this page with its update date. For significant changes, we will notify you by email.
