REFUND POLICY

This policy applies to every transaction on hoc.nguyenanhtung.vn, operated by NGUYEN ANH TUNG ACADEMY LLC.
1. REFUND ELIGIBILITY
You receive a full refund when both of the following apply:
- You submit your request within 7 days of the payment date, and
- You have viewed no more than 30% of the total course content (our system tracks progress automatically).
No explanation is required. We may ask one short question to help us improve the program, and you are free not to answer it.
2. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
Email nguyenanhtung@mcnvietnam.com or message m.me/nguyenanhtungec15 with:
- The email address you registered with
- The program name and payment date
We reply within 2 business days. Approved requests are processed within 5 business days.
3. WHEN YOU GET THE MONEY BACK
Refunds are issued through Stripe to the original card or payment method. Depending on your issuing bank, funds typically appear in your account 5 to 10 business days after we process the refund. We do not issue cash refunds or refunds to a different payment method.
4. SPECIFIC SITUATIONS
1:1 Coaching — If no coaching session has taken place, you receive a full refund within 7 days. If one or more sessions have been delivered, we refund the portion corresponding to the unused sessions.
Annual membership — For your first payment, the conditions in Section 1 apply. For an automatic renewal charge, you receive a full refund if you request it within 7 days of the charge and have not viewed any new content since that date. You may also cancel at any time before your next billing date so that no charge is made.
Free programs — No payment is taken, so this policy does not apply.
5. WHEN A REFUND IS NOT AVAILABLE
- The request is made more than 7 days after the payment date
- More than 30% of the course content has been viewed
- The account was terminated for violating our Terms of Service, in particular account sharing, screen recording or redistributing content
- The complete set of program materials, workbooks or templates has been downloaded
6. IF YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED WITH OUR DECISION
Please contact us directly before opening a dispute with your bank. Most cases are resolved within 2 business days, which is considerably faster than a card dispute process.
