By creating an account or purchasing a program on hoc.nguyenanhtung.vn, you agree to the terms below. Please read them before you pay.
1. WHO WE ARE
hoc.nguyenanhtung.vn is owned and operated by NGUYEN ANH TUNG ACADEMY LLC, 229 Columbine Court, Fort Collins, CO 80521, United States.
2. WHAT WE PROVIDE
We provide online training in personal branding, social media marketing and video marketing for business owners, including:
- Self-paced e-learning video courses
- Live training sessions delivered over Zoom
- Downloadable materials, workbooks and templates
- Scheduled 1:1 coaching sessions
All services are delivered digitally. No physical goods are shipped.
The price of each program is shown in full on the checkout page before you confirm your order. All prices are stated in U.S. Dollars (USD).
3. ELIGIBILITY
You must be 18 or older to register and pay on your own behalf. Anyone under 18 may use the service only where a parent or legal guardian holds the account and makes payment.
4. YOUR ACCOUNT
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
- Each account is for one individual user.
- You must provide accurate and current registration information.
5. LICENSE TO USE CONTENT
Upon payment you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the course content.
You may NOT:
- Share your account or login credentials with anyone else
- Screen-record, film, download without authorization, or redistribute the content
- Resell, sublicense, or use the content for commercial teaching
- Translate or modify the content and distribute it under another name
Violation results in permanent account termination without refund, and we reserve all legal remedies.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All videos, materials, images, frameworks and branding on this website are the property of NGUYEN ANH TUNG ACADEMY LLC.
7. PAYMENT AND RENEWAL
- Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
- Charges appear on your card statement as "NGUYEN ANH TUNG".
- Course access is granted immediately after successful payment.
- Annual membership plans renew automatically every 12 months at the same price you signed up for, until you cancel. We email you a reminder before each renewal date.
- How to cancel: email nguyenanhtung@mcnvietnam.com or message m.me/nguyenanhtungec15 at any time before your renewal date. We confirm within 2 business days. After cancelling, you keep access for the remainder of the period you already paid for.
8. REFUNDS
You may request a full refund within 7 days of payment, provided you have viewed no more than 30% of the course content.

9. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS
Our programs provide knowledge, methods and tools. Actual results depend on your industry, how much you practice, the time you invest, and many other factors outside our control.
Student stories shown on this website reflect their individual experiences and are not a promise or guarantee of the results you will achieve. We do not guarantee any specific income, views, follower count or business outcome.
10. PRIVACY
How we collect, use and protect your data is described in our Privacy Policy.
11. CHANGES TO CONTENT AND SERVICE
We may update, add to or adjust course content to keep it current. We may also change these terms; the new version will be posted on this page with its update date.
12. TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, without refund.
13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant program in the preceding 12 months.
14. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States.
